Mercy Health is launching a new Hospital in the Home (HITH) service for Mental Health in Melbourne. The Registered Nurse will deliver acute, recovery-oriented care in home and community settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires autonomy in the community, solid assessment and risk management skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice to support recovery and prevent relapse.
