The best people on site know what needs to happen next—and make sure the crew has what they need to get it done. Bedrock Workforce are looking for experienced Civil Supervisors and Leading Hands who can organise daily works, support their team and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

We’d like to hear from you whether you’re an established Supervisor or a hands-on Leading Hand ready to take on more responsibility. Tell us the size of the crews you’ve led and the civil works you know best.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinating daily activities for civil crews, operators and subcontractors
- Planning work fronts, allocating tasks and keeping works on schedule
- Overseeing earthworks, drainage, concrete, roadworks or other civil activities relevant to the project
- Reading plans and communicating requirements clearly to the crew
- Checking work quality, identifying issues early and keeping the project team informed
- Running pre-starts and making sure site safety procedures are followed
- Getting hands‑on when needed to help the crew keep the job moving

What you’ll need

- Proven experience as a Civil Leading Hand or Supervisor, or substantial civil experience with demonstrated crew leadership
- Construction White Card
- Experience coordinating people, plant and day-to-day site works
- Ability to read plans and work to project specifications
- A strong understanding of safe work practices on civil sites
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Clear communication, sound judgement and a reliable approach

Experience across drainage, roadworks, bulk earthworks,



concrete or infrastructure projects is valuable. Relevant plant tickets or supervisory qualifications are a bonus; tell us what you bring.
