Occupational Therapist | Community & NDIS

SustainHealth are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health team supporting people living with disability.

This is a great opportunity for an OT looking for a varied caseload, strong clinical support and the flexibility to develop their skills in areas that genuinely interest them .

You’ll work alongside experienced allied health clinicians in a supportive setting, with access to clinical supervision, professional development and the resources you need to provide quality, client-centred care.

The Role

- Manage a varied community-based NDIS caseload
- Complete assessments and develop individualised, client-centred intervention strategies
- Work across areas of clinical interest, with support to continue developing your skills
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other allied health professionals and therapy support staff
- Complete clinical documentation and reports
- Provide recommendations around equipment, assistive technology and home modifications where appropriate
- Work autonomously while having access to ongoing clinical support and supervision

About You

To be successful, you’ll have:

- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience or a genuine interest in working with people with disability
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- A client-centred approach to assessment and intervention
- A valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
