Luxury Escapes is redefining the retail travel experience.

We are looking for passionate, sales-driven Retail Travel Consultants to join our premium retail team. Unlike a traditional travel agency, you'll be selling exclusive Luxury Escapes holiday packages that are designed and curated by our own team, giving you a unique product you can genuinely believe in.

With only 2 Luxury Escapes retail stores across Australia, our stores offer a boutique experience backed by the power of one of Australia's leading travel brands. Supported by an outstanding marketing team that generates a steady flow of customer leads, you'll have every opportunity to do what you do best - build relationships, create excitement and help customers book incredible holidays.

You will be responsible for:

- Welcome customers into our retail store and create an exceptional first impression.
- Build rapport and uncover each customer's travel needs to recommend the perfect Luxury Escapes holiday
- Convert enquiries into bookings while identifying opportunities to upgrade and add value.
- Manage a high volume of face-to-face, phone and digital enquiries.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries from first conversation through to booking.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create an energetic,



high-performing sales culture.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

- A confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
- A highly motivated, target-driven individual who enjoys achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Previous experience in retail sales, consultative sales or the travel industry.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, proactive and driven by uncapped earning potential.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling dream holidays.
