Alder Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide frontline Level 1–2 support across offices and project sites in Queensland. You will deploy devices, support Microsoft 365 apps, and assist with onboarding, travel to sites and meeting-room tech.
You’ll work with the IT Operations Specialist to broaden your exposure to infrastructure, systems administration and cybersecurity initiatives while delivering exceptional end-user support.
