You will be responsible for managing your territory, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular visits and effective communication. Key Responsibilities

- Actively prospect for new clients within your assigned territory through field visits and remote outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultations to potential clients.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.




- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Report on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a field sales or outside sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across a territory.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and mobile sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
