NSW Health is seeking a Switchboard Operator for the SESLHD Southern Sector based at Sutherland Hospital, Caringbah. You will manage day-to-day telecommunication services, including PABX/VoIP, Spectralink and paging, delivering courteous, efficient responses to patients, staff and callers.

The role requires you to work a 24/7 roster, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a busy call centre setting while providing exceptional service.
