You'll run the pizza section — dough, sauce, toppings, and the oven — bringing consistency and quality to a brand-new offering within our quick-paced paninoteca and catering business.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and stretch dough, manage proving schedules, and maintain consistent quality

Build and cook pizzas to spec, keeping pace during service

Manage stock, prep lists, and section cleanliness

Train and support team members on pizza standards as the offering grows

Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

About you

Proven experience as a pizza chef in a high-volume kitchen

Confident working with dough and wood-fired or deck ovens

A positive, can-do attitude and pride in consistent, quality food

Reliability — you show up and you show up on time

Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
