Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + super + overtime

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain aluminium die casting machines to produce high-quality components
- Operate sand core machines
- Ensure best practices and safety standards

- Monitor casting parameters and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimise production

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aluminium die casting, ideally in a high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of die casting machinery, tooling, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Forklift licence and mechanical aptitude highly regarded
