We operate a renovated 15-aside double-up herringbone dairy, backed by reliable, well-maintained equipment—so you can focus on doing your job properly, without cutting corners.

This is a role for someone who knows their way around a dairy or is keen to learn the industry and enjoys the variety that comes with it. You’ll be trusted to contribute across the farm—from milking and herd work to general farm work with potential machinery driving.

The Role

Milking in a herringbone dairy

Assisting with herd management and animal health including SCR monitoring system data input

Potential to grow into a team leader position





Some calf feeding may be required

Stock movement and general farm work

Maintaining a clean, efficient dairy environment

We’re passionate about sustainable, efficient farming , growing most of our own fodder to maintain control over feed quality and herd performance.

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude along side of a reliable work ethic

Proven experience in dairy or livestock operations including machinery opperation preferred

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Good stock sense and attention to detail

Team player who can also take initiative
