Access Aged Care seeks a General Practitioner to provide in office medical care to residents across Port Stephens and surrounding regions. The role offers weekday hours only with dedicated nursing support to coordinate rounds and follow-up care.

You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, delivering proactive, relationship-based care while coordinating with telehealth geriatricians and specialists for complex decisions and prevention of deterioration.
