The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in scaling its global demand generation engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of demand generation across various workstreams, including marketing design, product marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, and content engineering. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in marketing, particularly through high-growth and high-change periods, and experience in SaaS and demand generation. The VP of Marketing will be expected to be a hands-on player-coach, making and defending campaign, content, and channel decisions, and will be the single accountable owner of cross-functional work. Technical fluency in attribution and conversion tracking, as well as experience in AI-driven search and e-commerce-style paid acquisition, are essential. The ideal candidate for the VP of Marketing position at the company will have a background in vertical tech and experience in building or owning marketing websites.



They should be comfortable with ambiguity, adept at diagnosing and acting on performance constraints, and capable of leading by example. The role is not suited for those who require stable, clearly defined reporting lines or who are not comfortable with the level of accountability and responsibility that comes with the position. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the CEO, the VP of Growth, and function leads, and must be prepared to represent marketing to the executive team, translating company strategy into marketing priorities. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive marketing-qualified leads, improve brand visibility, and maintain a strong performance in the demand generation engine.
