Job Description
MAP Co is seeking a in office Duty Manager to oversee venue and event operations at Fed Square and the Melbourne Arts Precinct. You will supervise events, coordinate crowd flow, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure secure, seamless delivery.

You will use Momentus EBMS, MS Teams, Risk Manager, Link Secure and Outlook to plan, document, and coordinate activities, including after-hours shifts and security coordination. A hands-on, customer-focused approach is essential.
