You will develop, implement and improve Cafs' Occupational Health and Safety Management System and provide specialist advice to leaders and staff.
You will handle hazard reporting, return-to-work planning and coordinate wellbeing programs, fostering a trauma-informed, inclusive workplace across the Central Highlands region.
