Our Clinical Consultant role offers the best of both worlds - staying hands-on with a paediatric/NDIS focused clinical caseload while stepping into a leadership, mentoring and clinical development position.
You'll work hybrid between home and one of our Perth clinics, with the flexibility to work from Spearwood, Midland, Maddington or Westminster, depending on what works best for you and the wider team.




You'll have the prospect to work from home when completing CQD tasks, mentoring and admin, while still staying connected to your chosen clinic and the wider Perth team.
There may also be opportunities to travel across our Perth clinics when additional clinical support is needed.
What You'll Be Doing: Your week will be diverse, with no two days looking exactly the same.
Stay hands on clinically: Maintain a paediatric/NDIS clinical caseload Provide high-quality, evidence-based OT services Support children and families to achieve meaningful goals and improve participation and independence Continue developing your own paediatric clinical expertise and areas of interest Mentor
