Clarence Valley Council is seeking a Coordinator People, Culture and Workforce Strategy to join our Organisational Development team on a 10-month, fixed-term basis. The role is based in Grafton, NSW with a 70-hour fortnight schedule and adaptable work options to support work-life balance.
You will advise managers on People & Culture matters, support workforce planning, develop policies and utilise workforce data to shape our workplace culture.
