Dental Receptionist
to join our teams across
Alstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Lismore
.
This is a shared role, giving you the opportunity to work across two welcoming dental practices while enjoying
stable, consistent hours of 2–3 days per week
.
Job Description
As our
Dental Receptionist,
you'll be an significant part of the patient experience, helping create a warm and welcoming setting from the moment patients walk through the door.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing friendly customer service
Managing patient bookings and appointments
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Supporting the dental team with general administrative tasks
Helping ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
We'd love to hear from someone who:
Has previous
reception or customer service experience
Is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with patients




Is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Has a professional and positive attitude
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has an interest in the dental industry
Additional Information
If you enjoy working in the dental environment and would like to develop your skills further, there may also be an opportunity to move into Dental Assisting in the future.
