Busways is seeking a Workshop Supervisor at our Ryde or Willoughby depot to lead the daily workshop operations, coordinate maintenance and supervise staff.

You will mentor apprentices, ensure WHS standards, plan resources, and engage in ongoing training to support BEB readiness and fleet performance.

This role requires MVTC qualifications, 3–5 years in heavy vehicle diesel mechanics, and solid communication.
