This is a permanent full time opportunity where you'll help customers navigate growth, investment and opportunity through tailored banking solutions. You'll be out in market connecting with business leaders, referral partners and industry networks, identifying new customer opportunities while delivering exceptional support to existing clients.

With no existing portfolio to inherit, you'll have the freedom to create your own success, build lasting relationships and make your mark in one of Australia's leading banking teams.

What do I need?

- Strong commercial lending capability and experience managing complex customer relationships
- Experience in corporate and commercial lending
- Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills
- Experience structuring complex lending solutions
