This role demands someone who:

- Knows their numbers and their contracts inside out
- Can manage risk, cashflow, and claims like a pro
- s respected (and a little feared) by subcontractors
- Thrives in a high-accountability, performance-driven culture

You’ll work closely with project directors, contribute to commercial strategy, and play a pivotal role in keeping delivery tight, productive, and profitable.
