Marsh is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract in Sydney. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and sits within the Investments team.
You will translate strategy into actionable change activities, shaping communications and adoption across a matrixed setting with senior sponsors and project teams. You will lead change across BAU, transformation and governance initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and delivering transparent plans,
