Job Description
KKN Foods Pty Ltd in Paddington, Brisbane, seeks an experienced Chef - Indian Cuisine to lead tandoor and curry kitchen operations in a full time role.

The position requires a Certificate IV and at least 2 years of hands-on cooking experience in Indian cuisine. You will design menus, supervise kitchen staff, manage stock, ensure food safety, meet dietary requirements, maintain quality and train apprentices.

Salary $73,500–$75,000 plus superannuation.
