About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Water Resources Engineer to contribute to vital water management projects. This fully remote position allows you to apply your expertise in hydraulic modeling, water resource management, and environmental impact assessment from anywhere. You will work on developing sustainable solutions for water supply, flood control, and ecosystem protection, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across various geographical regions. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct hydrological and hydraulic analyses for river systems, catchments, and urban drainage.

- Perform environmental impact assessments related to water resource development and management.
- Utilize advanced modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWAT)

- Collaborate with government agencies, environmental groups, and project stakeholders to ensure effective water resource stewardship.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in water resources management and hydraulic engineering.
- Proven experience with hydrological and hydraulic modeling software.
- Strong understanding of water quality, ecology, and environmental regulations related to water resources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
