We’re now searching for an Associate or Senior Managerto join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work across landmark urban renewal and social infrastructure projects in Sydney — including affordable housing, precinct regeneration, and government partnership models.

This role is ideal for someone looking to:

Step out of the Big 4 or a large consultancy to make a more direct, hands‑on impact.

Work across all stages of advisory — from strategy and procurement to financial close.

Key focus areas:

Commercial advisory and procurement structuring for urban and social infrastructure projects.

Business case development and investment logic for public‑sector clients.

Supporting a pipeline of high‑impact, place‑based initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

3–8 years’ experience in infrastructure, urban, or real estate advisory.

Strong report writing, commercial acumen, and stakeholder skills.

A self‑starter who values collaboration, purpose, and autonomy.

You’ll be joining a tight‑knit, experienced team in growth mode — with future leadership potential for the right person.
