About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Research Fellow with a specialization in Immunology to join their pioneering, fully remote research team. This is a significant chance to contribute to groundbreaking research focused on understanding immune system mechanisms and developing novel immunotherapies. You will lead complex research projects, mentor junior scientists, and drive the scientific direction of key initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Lead independent research projects focused on key aspects of innate and adaptive immunology.
- Design and execute complex immunological assays, including flow cytometry, ELISpot, and cell-based functional assays.
- Analyze and interpret immunological data, contributing to the development of therapeutic strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and postdoctoral fellows in the lab.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance research programs.




- Prepare manuscripts for publication and present findings at leading scientific conferences.

Requirements

- Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral research experience in immunology, with a strong publication record in high-impact journals.
- Demonstrated expertise in key areas of immunology, such as T cell biology, B cell development, or inflammation.
- Proficiency with immunological techniques, including flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
- Experience with bioinformatics tools for analyzing immunological data is a plus.
- Exceptional scientific leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills, essential for a remote research role.
