Capstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager or Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a shopping centre asset in Liverpool, South Western Sydney, overseeing hard and soft services, compliance and capital works. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage CAPEX planning and coordinate logistics for a major development project on site.

Join a broad, hands-on leadership role with autonomy and exposure to significant projects.
