We are currently recruiting for
Metal
Fabrication Tradesperson
to be based at our Cowra fabrication workshop.
n
We suspect you will have grown through the ranks within a steel fab manufacturing business previously and now looking for a more leadership responsibilities to showcase your skills.
Your main responsibilities will include: n
n
All aspects of Metal Fabrication tasks which a qualified tradesperson is skilled to achieve.
n
Fabricate to production design work packs issued for each current job
n
Review processes to minimize risk and deliver profitable project outcomes.
n
Coaching and mentoring of our fabrication apprentices
n
Ensuring protected work practices and legislative compliance is being achieved particularly with regard to work health & safety.
n
To be considered for this role you will: n
n
Minimum 5 years experience
n
Have a natural leadership style where the team will respect your approach.
n




Have 5+ years' experience working within a fabrication manufacturing business.
n
Have confident people management skills to lead a combination of direct and indirect reports.
n
Have the ability to work under pressure and resilient to juggle the competing priorities.
n
As a person you will: n
n
Be a disciplined individual who has a 'can do' solutions client approach.
n
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and personal drive.
n
Relocation support is negotiable for the right candidate.
n
n
This is a
fulltime
position with a market-competitive salary package dependent on skills and experience between
$* and $ + superannuation
n
The position is located in Cowra NSW.
n
