VET Trainer/Assessor - Supply Chain Logistics (Cert. II and / or III)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Operations Trainer & Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment across Certificate II and Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations. The role will involve a combination of practical and classroom-based training, assessment, student support and industry engagement. The successful applicant will work with students to develop practical skills and knowledge relevant to warehousing, logistics, distribution and supply chain settings. This is a hands-on training role suited to someone who has genuine industry experience and can bring real-world examples, practices and expectations into the training workplace.
Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training for Certificate II and Certificate III students
Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning activities
Demonstrate workplace practices, processes, equipment and procedures relevant to supply chain operations
Adapt training delivery to accommodate different learning abilities, experience levels and support needs
Provide clear explanations,



demonstrations and instructions to students
Incorporate real-world workplace examples and scenarios into training
Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional learning setting
Conduct valid, fair, reliable and flexible assessment
Assess practical skills, knowledge and workplace behaviours against unit requirements
Provide constructive feedback to students
About you
TAE* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an accepted equivalent
Relevant vocational competency in Supply Chain Operations / Warehousing / Logistics
Demonstrated competency and/or currency relevant to the units being delivered and assessed
Recent and relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, supply chain or related operations
Practical understanding of warehouse and supply chain environments
Demonstrated experience delivering vocational education and training
Demonstrated ability to conduct compliant assessment
Understanding of competency-based assessment
Current Working with Children Check, where required
