Sydney Earthworks is seeking a hands-on Safety & Compliance Officer with civil and earthworks experience to support safety systems across multiple sites in Sydney. You will work in office and in the office, coordinating inspections, audits and documentation.

You will monitor plant operations, manage SWMS/JSA, risk assessments, and contractor compliance, and lead incident investigations and continuous improvement actions.
