PTC Phone Tech & Comm are seeking a Full time Customer Service Sales and Device Technician for our North Lakes Store. You will thrive in a rapid-paced retail setting, learning mobile device repairs and driving sales while delivering excellent customer care.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support in-store sales, repair workflows, and teamwork. IRP training is provided if not already held, with a focus on quality and safety.
