Noosa Council is seeking a Care Partner Aged Care Team Leader to lead and grow our In-Home Services for older people in the Noosa area. You will manage client care, coordinate assessments and reviews, and guide a dedicated team of carers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.

This temporary prospect runs until April 2027, with extension subject to organisational requirements. Based at Noosa Seniors, Noosaville, you’ll work with families and community partners to meet aged care
