Settlement Services International (SSI Group) seeks a Team Leader to guide bilingual/bicultural DFV practitioners delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed support to women from migrant and refugee backgrounds in Logan and Beenleigh, Queensland.

You will supervise staff, oversee recruitment, manage casework, incident reporting and performance, and work with partners to ensure high-quality service delivery to victim-survivors and communities.
