The Federal Court of Australia is seeking a Legal Case Manager/Associate to Judicial Registrars to support case management of family law matters across Divisions 1 and 2, including the Evatt List within the Lighthouse project and PPP500 small claims.
You will assist registrars with legal research, prepare orders and reasons, manage listings and correspondence, and liaise with judges, litigants, and registry staff.
