Job Description
UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator in Ipswich to help people live more independently through personal care and daily living support under the NDIS.
n
This casual role requires sleepover and weekend shifts, flexibility with hours, and solid English communication. A current NDIS Worker Screening check, an open Australian Driver's Licence, and CPR/First Aid certificates are required before starting.
