Essence Communities, part of UniLodge Living Group, is seeking a Leasing Agent for 50 Quay in Brisbane. You will drive occupancy and rental targets, manage enquiries, lead nurturing, and lease documentation to ensure a seamless tenant journey.

You'll bring a polished, resident-first approach, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (QLD), and experience in build-to-rent or property management. Solid communication and detail orientation are essential.
