Job Description
Worthwhile Recruitment is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Manager to join our client's Penrith operation. This hands-on role drives productivity, quality, and safety on the powder coating floor.

You will lead by example, mentor a small team, and collaborate with production to meet targets and deadlines. The position offers a permanent, full time role with a 4-day work week, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, and growth prospects.
