Woolworths Group in Dalby is seeking a hands-on Store Team Leader for Proactive Services to guide a team across cleaning, trolley collection and waste support. You will coach, develop and roster the team to meet daily tasks and uphold service standards.

In this full time role, you'll work with Store Leadership to address challenges, manage attendance, order consumables, and contribute on the floor. A versatile schedule across early mornings, days, late nights and weekends is required.
