NCI Packaging is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the Glendenning manufacturing facility in Current South Wales. You will be responsible for safe, efficient operations and for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people metrics.
The role requires 5–10 years of Plant Management experience in manufacturing, with a hands-on leadership style and a proven track record in Lean and CI to improve productivity and safety.
