Value Care is a leading NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Community Participation and Complex Support services across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.

As we continue to grow nationally, we are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to take full ownership of our clinical support, compliance and quality function across all states. This is a senior specialist role within Value Care — one that carries genuine accountability and offers the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on clinical practice and participant outcomes across a growing national organisation.

Value Care provides a comprehensive range of specialised disability support services, including SIL, SDA, Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA), respite care, dementia support, end-of-life and palliative care, complex nursing supports and community participation. Our experienced multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each participant's individual needs.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, nationally scoped clinical role with genuine ownership and accountability. You will be responsible for clinical support, compliance, quality assurance and staff capability across Value Care and Group Companies — spanning operations in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA — reporting directly to our CEO.

You will be the person our operational and support teams across Value Care and Group Companies turn to for clinical guidance, and the person our leadership relies on to ensure all services meet NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements. This is not a support role — you will own this function and drive it forward across the entire group.

Based out of Sydney/Parramatta, you will travel regularly to sites across all states to remain visible, engaged and effective. As Value Care and Group Companies continue to grow, this role has robust potential to evolve into a broader clinical position with a team beneath it.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support & Staff Capability

Take direct responsibility for clinical guidance,



mentoring and support to frontline disability support workers and care teams across Value Care and Group Companies nationally

Assess staff clinical competency across all group entities, identify training gaps and deliver or coordinate clinical training and education

Ensure the safe delivery of high-intensity supports, complex care and medication management across all services

Conduct clinical observations and practice reviews at sites across all states, providing practical feedback and coaching

Develop and maintain clinical resources, tools and guidelines to drive consistent, high-quality practice across Value Care and Group Companies

Work with behaviour support practitioners to ensure restrictive practices are implemented safely and in compliance with NDIS requirements

Compliance & Quality

Take ownership of NDIS Commission audit preparation across Value Care and Group Companies, including compiling evidence and managing corrective action plans

Manage and document reportable incidents across all group entities in line with NDIS obligations

Own the complaints management process from a clinical perspective and drive systemic improvement across the group

Set and maintain participant clinical documentation standards across all services and states

Drive the Continuous Improvement Register and ensure quality and compliance actions are followed through across all group entities

Develop, implement and review clinical policies, procedures and guidelines applicable across Value Care and Group Companies

Prepare clinical reports, summaries and correspondence for the CEO and leadership team as required

About You

You are an experienced RN who is ready to step into a role with real national scope and accountability across multiple entities. You are as comfortable working alongside a support worker on a site visit in Brisbane as you are presenting a compliance update to the CEO in Sydney. You take ownership, solve problems independently and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to clinical governance.

You do not need to be managed closely — you are the person who owns and drives the function across the group.

You may currently work or have recently held a role as a:





Clinical Practice Lead or Clinical Governance RN

Senior RN or Clinical Specialist within a hospital, NSW Health or public health clinical governance or quality and patient safety team

NDIS Quality and Compliance Manager or Coordinator

Community Nursing or Disability Sector Senior RN

Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Manager within an NDIS, aged care or community care organisation

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)

Minimum 8–10 years' nursing experience, including substantial experience in disability, community care or a related sector

Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a clinical function across multiple sites or entities

Sound knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and compliance obligations across multiple service types

Hands-on experience with high-intensity supports, medication management, restrictive practices and complex care

Experience managing or contributing to NDIS Commission audits and reportable incidents

Strong written communication — able to produce clinical documentation, policies, reports and correspondence to a high standard

Willingness and ability to travel regularly across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current Australian Driver Licence

Highly Desirable

Experience working within an NDIS registered provider across multiple states or entities

Background in behaviour support compliance and restrictive practices authorisation processes

Experience developing clinical training programs or frameworks

Postgraduate qualifications in nursing, healthcare management or quality
