Navitas is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff and students at the Jane Street campus, with secondary support across Brisbane locations. You'll ensure reliable IT services, support classroom and AV equipment, and deliver a excellent user experience in classrooms and offices.

You will work closely with the IT Team Leader, handling incidents, documenting resolutions, and assisting with small projects.
