Job Description
Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer to perform HHSRS inspections, identify hazards, and take enforcement action to protect tenants and ensure protected housing. The contract is for 3 months in Northampton NN1 1ED, with a 37.5 hour week and driving requirement.

The role requires competency in HHSRS, housing legislation enforcement powers, and experience issuing penalties under the Housing Act .
