The successful candidate will prepare detailed estimates for fire protection and electrical works, review drawings and specifications, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive quotations.

Essential experience includes fire protection estimating and hands-on use of Simpro, with a solid grasp of fire systems, electrical trades, and tender documentation.
