About The Role: You will be working with a tidy and well maintained mixed use portfolio.

- Liaising with Owners Corporations as required
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Convene and conduct meetings
- Attending networking events

About you: Candidates with relevant related experience within the Owners Corporation space will be considered. Ideal but not essential.

- 2 + years experience in Owners Corp industry
- Ability to manage diverse portfolios
- High attention to detail and administrative skills
- Understanding of Owners Corp Legislation and related regulations in VIC
- Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships
