RTC Group seeks a Regional Manager (Facilities Maintenance) to lead our Mid North and Far North regions. You will manage a team of Maintenance Coordinators, coordinate service delivery, and ensure contracts, KPIs, and safety standards are met.
This full-time role requires solid leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate autonomously across a broad geographic area. Regional travel is a continuous requirement. A domestic trade qualification is highly regarded.
