Role: OT Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist
n
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and maintain OT cybersecurity compliance processes aligned with IEC , NIST, ISO , NIS2, and Australian cybersecurity frameworks.
n
Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, threat modelling, and remediation tracking for industrial systems and connected equipment.
n
Review and support secure design and implementation of PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks, remote access solutions, and OT infrastructure.
n
Coordinate cybersecurity governance, supplier compliance reviews, audits, FAT/SAT activities, incident response, and lifecycle security management across projects.
n
Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation including compliance reports, risk registers, asset inventories, network diagrams, hardening standards, and recovery procedures.
n

Skills Required
n




n
Solid hands-on experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial automation, and industrial network security settings.
n
Expertise in cybersecurity standards and frameworks including IEC , ISO/IEC , NIST, NIS2, and Australian Essential Eight.
n
Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI platforms, industrial communication protocols, firewalls, VLANs, and secure remote access technologies.
n
Solid knowledge of vulnerability management, penetration testing support, patch management, backup/recovery, and industrial system hardening.
n
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, technical documentation, communication, and risk management skills with experience working across engineering, IT, and operations teams.
