Job Description
Alwyndor, located in the seaside suburb of Hove, Adelaide, seeks a Customer Care Assistant to join its friendly team. You will be the first contact for clients, families and staff, handling high-volume calls and delivering accurate administrative support to keep appointments up to date.

Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you will manage bookings and queries with professionalism, contribute to a positive client experience, and work a roster from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
