The Grand Saddles Lodge is a boutique luxury retreat in Australia with 20 private villas, dining, a piano bar and a spa. A Reservations Agent will convert enquiries into confirmed stays, curate pre-arrival itineraries and coordinate with front office, restaurant and spa teams to ensure every booking detail is delivered on arrival.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in luxury reservations, solid communication skills, and familiarity with Opera Cloud or Mews.
