Change Specialist – IT Transformation | 12-Month Contract

GWG are currently recruiting an experiencedChange Specialistto support a large and complex IT environment in Newcastle.
This role will focus on thechange, adoption and business readinessassociated with the rollout of current technology products and services across a range of IT initiatives.
You'll be responsible for developing and delivering change and adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and go-live activities, as well as monitoring adoption and advantages post-implementation.
5+ years' experience across change management, transformation or technology adoption




Solid experience delivering change across IT/technology programs or projects
Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience developing communications, training and adoption materials
Confidence working across technical and business stakeholder groups
Exposure to corporate systems, cloud, network, infrastructure, AI, data or integrations highly regarded
Prosci or other change/project management certification desirable
Ability to workonsite in Newcastle 3 days per week
