Pelican Boat Hire in Noosaville is seeking a Boathouse Manager to oversee marine, retail and customer service operations on the Noosa River.
You will lead a hands-on team, ensure secure, welcoming experiences, and manage day-to-day activities across boat hire, retail and kiosk operations.
The role requires experience in retail tourism management within a marine setting, solid frontline leadership, and a current driver's licence with a recreational marine licence (higher cert preferred).
