Rheinmetall Defence Australia – Brisbane QLD is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver training for the Production workforce on the shop floor.
You will create lesson plans, training materials and qualification pathways to support production needs and competency standards.
You will perform training needs analysis across the production setting, identify gaps and ensure training aligns with training packages.
